How do you admit you are wrong?

Do you just rip it off like a band-aid? Maybe dance around it? Maybe you're the type of person who other people say never admits they are wrong (side note - it is interesting that people who never admit they are wrong are also unlikely to admit it).

Michael May, Andrew Baharlias and Cole Galloway were kind enough to join me to talk about how they admit when they have been wrong.

It is harder to do than I wish it was. And even when you do, sometimes it's not enough to repair the situation. 

How do you admit you were wrong? Equally as interesting, how do you want someone to admit they were wrong to you?
