Would you be in favour of decriminalising drugs in Ireland

On Monday's night show Niall open up the phonelines to talk about drug use in Ireland and is it time we follow the likes of Portugal and decriminalise drugs. Some callers argued that if people can have a drink after work why can't they smoke cannabis without the fear of being prosecuted. What do you think, is it time drugs were decriminalised in Ireland?
