EP44// Are You Exhausted? The Secret to Building Rest into Your Busy Day

The last year has been challenging to say the least.  As moms we have had to take on more roles and help uplift the physical, emotional, academic, spiritual, and mental pieces of those in our household.  We have comforted friends who have lost loved ones, friends who have experienced a difficult marriage or divorce, friends who have lost a job, friends who have dealt with health issues both physically and mentally.  We have been stretched and challenged. Summer can feel overwhelming looking at our almost empty bag of tricks and already feeling depleted.   If you are l like me you may feel that you used up all of your creative juices and tricks to keep your kids going for the last year and a half.  How do we build in rest into our day, so that we have the creativity and the energy to pour out into our family?
