Motown Motivational Monday with DJ #25

Hello & Welcome,

We had fun today.  We spoke about the word of the Day, which was "Rash."  Quote of the day: "some of the most poisonous peole come disguised as friends and family."  This is something I have learned recently.  I think that we all need to be able to put up boundaries to protect ourselves, until we know it is ok to let some of those boundaries down. Even with family.  Sometimes they are the worst!
