With a Doctorate in Public Policy from the University of Arkansas, post-doctoral experience as a Congressional Policy Fellow at Penn State University, and her current role with the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse, Dr. Israel is at the forefront of advancing family policy and fatherhood initiatives.
