Time Running Out for November EU Brexit Summit - Hayes

Time is running out to hold a November EU summit on Brexit.

That’s the view of Dublin MEP Brian Hayes.

British Prime Minister Theresa May is updating her cabinet on the talks which she has suggested are in the ‘endgame’.

The cabinet in Dublin is also being updated on the discussions.

Britain’s efforts to exit a proposed backstop, aimed at ensuring no hard border in Ireland, is understood to be a key issue yet to be resolved in the negotiations.
