W@W WRAP - Week 212: LIGHT AND PEACE…

Light is defined as: “Something that makes vision possible; electromagnetic radiation – such  radiation that is visible to the human eye; something that illuminates darkness; it may be an inner light, an enlightenment, or truth”. As we read from John 1:5 (ESV): “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it”. We are called to be light-bearers – to display Jesus’ love and compassion everywhere we go. When we live in the LIGHT, we are enlightened with the TRUTH. TRUTH brings FREEDOM. FREEDOM brings JOY. JOY brings PEACE into our hearts. And that is the gift our Lord Jesus came to give us! (John 14:27)
