As a restaurant owner, Mr. Shea Ritchie tells his experiences with Manitoba Health officials in trying to comply with the rules and regulations during COVID for his restaurant. There were many police, health inspectors and liquor inspectors who all attended his business, all with contradictory and non-sensical rules.
