AN OPEN DISCUSSION WITH PARENTS ABOUT HAVING ‘DIFFICULT’ CONVERSATIONS WITH THEIR CHILDREN

This podcast is an open invitation to parents to be able to explore what it may be like for them to have open and honest discussions with their children about their feelings.  Questions will be asked and time given for answers to be written down.  It also talks about my two children’s books The Good/Bad Feelings Diary and My Very Own Good/Bad Feelings Diary Workbook for children from a young age to be able to explore any feeling and know they are normal to have.
