The apostles talk about how the government claims that Medicare pays for everything for its subscribers, but does not inform the subscribers that it pays physicians and facilities way below the going rate. Therefore, the physicians and facilities cater more to non-Medicare patients, because of much higher reimbursement, usually double to three times higher.
