I was recently joined by Tim Desmond for a conversation on leadership, career change and the challenges of running a cultural organisation during COVID.  Tim is the CEO of the National Football Museum in Manchester. He joined me recently to talk about leadership, culture and purpose and the lessons he’s learned while developing his career.

 

Tim began his career as a drama teacher before recognizing a passion for leadership and developing a career in the charities and arts. Tim shares the lessons he learned from the heavy sacrifices he has made and how to be receptive of those around you in order to shape your own leadership style.
