Edward Sylvan, CEO of Sycamore Entertainment Group and responsible for SEGI TV, recalls his journey to become a global entertainment juggernaut based out of Vancouver, BC and how he successfully facilitated financial and managerial support for minority filmmakers left out of the Hollywood production machine.
