Tracy Reines is the Regional Director of the International Rescue Committee and formerly of the Red Cross disaster response team.

Tracy Reines is the Regional Director of the International Rescue Committee and is the former Director of the International Red Cross disaster response team. Currently, she is part of a team that oversees refugee resettlement in the United States. She has spent most of her responding to disasters worldwide while working for the Red Cross as the International Response Operations Center Director.
