Henry Dimbleby, co-founder of Leon restaurants, on why insolvencies are good for the F&B sector

Dimbleby, the co-founder of fast food chain Leon restaurants and street food markets London Union, will sit alongside landlords, developers and local authorities on Revo’s new strategic board which will aim to support all businesses in the retail property and place making-sectors.

While his roots are in the restaurant trade, his experience in the industry since founding Leon in 2004 means Dimbleby has some clear cut ideas on what the real estate sector needs to do to evolve in the face of challenging headwinds.
