The Lord wants us to cooperate with Him, walk beside Him as He walks alongside you and helps you do the things that He's requiring; so that we can have covenant relationship. And, it's not too hard. It's okay for God to ask us to respect His holiness. Yes, it's okay for God to ask us, and we should expect him to, to be God; and us to offer our reverence to Him as His people.
