EP 447 - Should Coaches Work With Family and Friends? Why or Why Not

In today’s episode I am answering a very popular question that we all have when running our Coaching Business and that is: Should I work with friends and family? Who you work with is very important. Coaching others through life and their goals can be a very vulnerable experience. Walking someone through discovering what’s holding them back, their fears, challenges, limiting beliefs, and digging up some really strong emotions and thoughts is very uncomfortable for many. You are helping others to uncover and bring out to the light things that they have possibly been avoiding for years and this work needs to happen in order to see a breakthrough and create the plans needed to reach their goals, so again, knowing who to work with is important. Let’s dig in and see how this work happens with friends and family or if it’s best to not do it at all.
