Lessons in Resilience: Perry’s Story

In this episode, we sit down with Perry Rockwood--an adjunct professor and also over all of the social media at BYU-Idaho, who's made mental health a priority in his classroom through weekly mental health checks with his students. Perry shares what he's learned from working closely with young adults, as well as his personal journey with infertility, miscarriage, and depression. His story is one of honesty, healing, and the quiet strength it takes to keep moving forward when life looks nothing like you imagined.
