Born and raised on a Midwest dairy and tomato farm, Emily has always embodied an entrepreneurial spirit. She played an instrumental role in transforming her family's dairy farm into a flourishing tomato farm at the tender age of 12.
Her extensive 13-year career in banking, however, marked a stark contrast to her farming background. Emily quickly realized that the universe of banking was critically devoid of mother-figure role models, save for a single Managing Director supported by a swarm of nannies and a stay-at-home husband.
