Serving as Vicars of Christ the King

A homily for the Solemnity of Christ the King (Year C), by Father Darrin Connall: Just as the Pope acts as the “Vicar of Christ” to the whole world, we can all serve as “vicars,” or representatives, of our Lord within our personal spheres of influence. This calls us to faithful Christian witness, but it also opens us to the favor that comes from being close to the King of the Universe.
