A tough topic, especially as, for one of us at least, the feelings were definitely still recent and raw, but creative burnout is something we've all experienced definitely more than once in our creative journeys, so it felt right to have an episode about it this season.
We talk all about our experiences of burnout, how we recognise it (eventually!) and how we feel it can be dealt with and, better yet, prevented. There are plenty of nuggets of wisdom in this episode so have a listen!
We hope you enjoy the episode!
We'd love it if you could rate us (5 stars please!) and write a review for us on your favourite podcast platform. And head to our website to sign up for our newsletter so you'll never miss another episode again!
