Failure is impossible if you're unwilling to quit!

People NEED vision... even during the normal seasons. BUT even more so in a season of crisis and tension.

HOW you show up for your team is HOW they will move forward. The pace of the leader will set the pace of the team.

The vision doesn't change but the strategy will transform over the years.
