After a lengthy corporate career, today Kim guides professional women in midlife who struggle with overgiving, to accomplish career and life success with inner alignment. She helps women let go of self-doubt, anxiety and unreasonable expectations and discover how good it feels to lead and live authentically, honoring their souls with clarity, courage and compassion. Together we discuss the power that comes from accepting that everything in life is happening for you, that positive thinking is sometimes not enough. We discuss feeling burnt out, over-giving, people pleasing, being critical and judgmental. Kim shares it might only be a small shift that is needed to let go of those habits.
