Prices in London need to correct by “15%-20%” to be viable for UK buyers, according to David Skinner, chief investment officer – global real estate at Aviva Investors.
He was speaking on an EG panel at EXPO REAL which examined why international investors were so drawn to London's Trophy towers, as well as the investment prospects for the rest of the UK.
