Market Close 24 Oct. 2019: Aussie shares climb for a fourth day

It was another day of improvement for the ASX 200. The benchmark index rose 20 points or 0.3% to 6693 with the energy, consumer discretionary and healthcare sectors leading gains. IT and communications were the main laggards while Qantas (QAN) also fell on a quarterly update. Retailer, JB Hi-Fi (JBH) had a much stronger session, rising nearly 7%.
