Market Close 30 Nov 22: ASX 200 rallies on inflation report

The local sharemarket kicked trade off in negative territory but managed to finish with a gain of ~0.4%. Today’s improvement was largely driven by a softer-than-expected update on inflation, which entertained buying sentiment in more interest-rate sensitive areas of the market.
