Nehemiah, is the story of an ordinary man, a servant, a lay person, who rises up in faith to undertake a massive task that was wrought with insurmountable challenges. Yet, he manages to inspire a demoralized nation to try again, regardless of the difficulties that they faced, and he led the people to accomplish in 52 days, what they had been unable to do in 90 years, fulfilling the vision for a rebuilt and thriving city.
Nehemiah proves that seemingly impossible things are possible through prayer and hard work when people determine to trust and obey God, and when they put God’s interests first in their lives.

We can change our city for Christ as well, and Nehemiah shows us how.
