Ep. 21 - An Honest Chat About Social Media

In this episode I discuss some truths about social media that I know many of us are feeling right now. Being visible in the digital space isn’t for everyone; we aren’t all born performers and actually I think for many it tugs on our need to feel enough and definitely takes us out of our comfort zones.  I give my take on how we can still feel conflicted and use it, ways of changing the perspective to make it work for us and not against and some tips and tools to make it easier to manage and how you can be seen out of the digital landscape.
