Part 2 - Neville is then joined by Matt Doyle, UB40's vocalist, and Jimmy Brown, their drummer. The University of the Virgin Islands' Reichhold Center for the Arts will host the 2nd Annual Blue Horizon Concert on Sunday, August 18, 2024, starring four-time Grammy-nominated reggae band UB40. The outdoor concert will begin at 6 p.m. on the Herman E. Moore Golf Course on the Orville E. Kean Campus in St. Thomas.
