When I ask successful Business Leaders and CEO's - What has been your biggest sacrifice? Too often I hear back - Family and Relationships. As we grow our business, personal life often comes in 2nd. Our work life balance is simple - all work, no life. We enjoy the work. We enjoy the challenges. And, we keep score with KPI's and metrics. We know if we are winning the game. Again too often, our list of regrets is filled with personal goals and experiences.
