Starting his career as an admissions representative gave Brian experience on the front lines of higher ed enrollment and recruiting. He learned first-hand the challenges that recruiters face, and he recognized a need for equipping admissions professionals with proper training and coaching.

Brian created the Admissions Advantage to provide higher education admissions professionals with a practical, repeatable process that delivers consistent results.
