Jen Roytz is the executive director of the Retired Racehorse Project, a nonprofit organization that works to increase demand for Thoroughbreds after racing. While the RRP publishes Off-Track Thoroughbred Magazine and puts on clinics throughout the country (and in the year of COVID, throughout the internet!) aimed at helping people find success in training off-track Thoroughbreds for various disciplines, it is best-known for putting on the Thoroughbred Makeover and National Symposium, the world's largest retraining competition for recently retired racehorses.
