Morning Report 27 Feb 19: US shares lift for 3rd day

With 1 hour of trade left, US shares have crept into positive territory with all three major indices higher. Stocks are higher for a third day as signs of US-China trade progress and confirmation the Fed will be patient with rate hikes in focus.
