Morning Report 6 Sep 22: ASX 200 lifts cautiously ahead of likely rate hike

The Australian sharemarket is slightly higher for a second day ahead of a highly anticipated fifth straight rate hike by the Reserve Bank this afternoon. US and Canadian markets were shut last night due to a public holiday.
