Black Triangles Over Illinois (UFO)

Illinois 2000. Multiple witnesses report a black triangle UFO. But this case is different, many of the witnesses are police officers. Recordings of radio dispatch as events unfold are available to this day. What did they see? Was it some sort of black project? Did they imagine it all? ALIENS?!?!
