In Episode 37, Dave takes aim at more feckless leadership as zippy's DOJ sues Texas over gerrymandering... ummm hypocritical much? After that he takes a look at the November jobs report, tzatziki sauce Psaki's live reaction, and all of this installed administration’s missteps that have led to higher gas prices. Dave was on a roll, so he went on to discuss the Senate vote to nix vax mandates, the non-committal court packing report, and tan shirts getting arrested and finally getting some comeuppance. Before the recording ended the jury came back with the Smollett verdict so he concludes this show by discussing that.
