Morning Report 10 Oct 19: Wall St lifts on renewed trade optimism

US sharemarkets rebounded on hopes that at least a partial trade deal can be secured between the US and China. The Dow Jones rose by 182 points or 0.7% after being up 260 points in late trade. The S&P500 index rose by 0.9% and the Nasdaq was higher by 80 points or 1.0%.
