Legal Pushback Against the Tyranny in Canada with James Kitchen & Katherine Kowalchuk.

Today we are joined by two brave lawyers that aims to make the government accountable for there actions. Recently James has being going to court fighting for pastors rights and coming up on December 21st a virtual court case to stop Alberta from canceling Christmas. Katherine routinely advocates for her client in the courtroom, having appeared in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Provincial Court. Her preferred method of settlement is by mediation/arbitration and to date, has successfully settled most of her matters using a conciliatory process. Katherine is also a volunteer lawyer for the Calgary Women’s Centre and the Canadian Centre for Men & Families.
