Massachusetts Health Care Exchange: ”Its The Worst”

Despite years in development and operation, The Health Care Exchange in Massachusetts A.K.A "the Health Connector" is failing to get people enrolled in Obamacare. Experts are saying – and state officials agree – it is the least efficient of all the state exchanges and perhaps worse than the federal exchange.
