Up to now the vaccine has only been available for over 18's, but now countries are rolling them out for 16-17 years olds and now plan to make the vaccine available to 12 - 16 age bracket and even younger. 
When parents disagree do the courts step in? 
Even when parents agree not to bring their children to receive the vaccine do they have the final say or will the government decide for them?
