Today's program included a book reference of David Kaplan's, The Most Dangerous Branch: Inside the Supreme Court's Assult on the Constitution. Given the current upheaval surrounding the Kavanaugh hearings, it may be an informative read. The best way to understand our Constitution and what it means with regard to the People is to dig into the very meaning of what was written, why any ratifications took place, and how it affects us today. This program does that and much more.
