America and Theresa are joined by Matt Gleason who is part of MHA's Oklahoma affiliate. Matt has dealt with depression, and the racing thoughts that comes with that, since he was a kid. Matt wasn't able to finally slow those thoughts down until later in life with the help of therapy, meditation and medication. The three of them discuss their racing thoughts, certain triggers, how they try to slow down their thoughts and how important it is to fight in the open.
