Thursday November 16, 2023: An Urban Park on the O.R. lands?
This week on Breezy breakfast we hear from Brian Skerrett. Brian outlines the history of the Ontario Reformatory in Guelph and the potential for a national park being established on that site.
Brian goes into detail about the site's Indigenous history and heritage as well as its natural features. He answers questions about housing, road widening, and the suggestion that this site would be a good place for a new hospital.
