David Edgar Kimani is the Managing Director and Lead Consultant at Lantei Consulting Ltd where he is Consulting on FSMS systems, Internal audits, ISO audits, Food Processing and Post Harvest technologies, and all matters in the Food Science realm. He is also a Lecturer in Food Science and Technology at Ng'ong TVC (MoE).

In this episode, David and I (Sarah Nyakeri) talk about how misunderstood the Kenyan diet is due to the paucity of science communication websites on the nutritional content of common foods in Kenya.
