How to Prioritize Receiving and Bask in Healing

Have you ever considered that you can heal the unhealable through receiving instead of doing?
We often focus on the work of healing, and the ego can interfere with this process.
The ego tries its best to protect us from triggering past traumas or creating what it sees as future traumas waiting to happen.
To protect us from those wounds and fears which are too painful to be with, the ego erects a wall around them.
We don’t even notice the wall because it forms the boundaries of our comfort zone. But all that protection interferes with the work of healing.
Healing work often consists of pushing through those boundaries and digging with healing tools. Instead, we can stay where we are, receive Divine love, and allow it to soften those wounded places and heal them.
This replaces the fear, struggle, and pain of healing work with the power of basking, saturating, receiving, and allowing.
