Spiritual Disciplines 1 - Silence and Solitude

Tammy will be talking about the difference between spiritual disciplines and personal disciplines.  Both are important.  Spiritual discipline means instruction or training.  Discipline means to discern or to learn.  It helps us overcome laziness.  Silence and solitude = aromas

It is the state of being alone. (internal and external noise).  God speaks with love, peace, patience, kindness.  Solitude is being alone with God or sitting in the presence of God.  God will speak to you.

2. Start slow

3. Be prepared for distractions and be focused
