Russell Glass: Solving Staggering Problems

Russell is the CEO of Headspace Health, a company formed by the 2021 merger of Ginger and Headspace. Ginger, which he founded in 2018, delivered accessible and easy virtual mental health care. Russell has been creating companies constantly since his flagship tennis racquet business at the tender age of 13. He’s also a practiced and thoughtful leader. And in this episode, he shares his life lessons on both his leadership and entrepreneurship experience.
