Business Secret: ”Create a positive experience at every level.”

On this broadcast we have had any number of stories about creating a positive customer experience so great that consumers become infatuated with your product or service. Sounds good...but how do you go about making it real? Recently we were invited to attend a special event at Bike World of West Des Moines and sat for a few moments with Forrest Ridgway who has been in this business for four decades. His business continues to expand at a rapid rate, now numbering three locations in the Des Moines Metro, and outpacing many similar facilities across the nation. How does he do it? We also visited with Ben Gonnerman a manufacturers representative who works for a number of companies. We asked about Pearl Izumi and Shimano and the R&D that goes into taking products to market.
