London should open its doors to new food hall concepts, more health restaurants and brace itself for cashless retail according to NYC retail guru Chase Welles.
Welles is the executive vice president of New York based SCG Retail, the urban division of shopping centre group, and represents tenants including Whole Foods and LA Fitness. The Shopping Centre Group is based in New York and has 22 offices throughout the US.
