Forest Fires and Pizza Ovens

Today Dan and Joe talk about wood smoke and how certain areas of the country are dealing with different problems involving wood fires. They discuss the current poor air quality in their region from the Canadian forest fires and also a renewed push in NYC to combat particulate emissions from the many wood-fired pizza ovens in the City.
