The Colorado Supreme Court seems to have gone a step too far…ruling Trump ineligible to be on the 2024 Presidential election ballot in that state. This 4-3 ruling makes Trump the first presidential candidate in U.S. history to be deemed ineligible for the White House under a rarely used provision of the U.S. Constitution that bars officials who have engaged in “insurrection and rebellion” from holding office…neither of which President Trump has been convicted of. Their ruling seems to be based on…vapor. We talk about this decision and more on today’s busy program.
